My work in probate matters encompasses both administration and litigation. I discuss my general approach to litigation on another page, and those remarks apply equally here.
Probate cases can include estates of both living and deceased persons. I have experience in conservatorship cases involving persons of all ages, including a successful jury trial to establish a conservatorship for my client’s mother. A probate case for a deceased person nevertheless involves giving careful and attentive service to the surviving family members.
